Hi Everybody!!
I hope you enjoyed the pics from my old Christmas Album in 2011. King Buzz and his group have been coming around for quite a long time. I only started talking to them and shooting the pics 5 years ago as I did not care for them. It seemed weird that I had a Bird Sanctuary for all birds, yet I tried not to notice these big buzzards. I realized how wrong I was to not like a bird because he eats dead food. I made an effort to learn more about them and began to photograph them. I started waving and whistling at them. They responded with friendship for 5 years now. I look forward to them coming home for Christmas! I have lost some viewers and I am afraid it is because they do not like buzzards. I had more activity on the Blog when I was posting the pretty hummingbirds. I am asking all of you to give the buzzards a chance. I am trying to show their behavior and beauty in the buzzard photostudies not just for birding people, but for everyone to learn more about these Big Birds! Please share my buzzards with your friends and maybe we can change the prejudice against these birds based solely on what they eat. They do not eat here, they socialize with each other and me! Enjoy!
