Hi Everybody! Come in and get comfortable!
You will see a trend in this blog that I like to take 5 steps forward to the future, then 3 steps backward to the past! What is Human Nature and how did it develop?
In a post last week, we looked at prehistoric Art that early humans created on cave walls. These are the "footprints" left behind by our ancestors.
Today we are going to look at the footprints left for us in Egypt. They left some very big rocks also!
On this page I have collected all the information of the history of ancient Egypt and the development milestones of Human Nature. This is a very long post. You are welcome to read all of it, some of it or none of it. As usual, it is up to You to decide what You want to know for You. I make this information (from the public web) available here for You to come to when you want to! Feel free to bookmark the page and return. In addition to the printed info from Wikipedia, I found a documentary series of Ancient Egypt on You Tube. There are 25 ten minute videos. (attached!). I found them very interesting. If you have questions of (1) Who are we?, and (2) where did we come from?, then this is the page for You.
Next is a video to begin our tour. It is an aerial tour of modern Egypt viewing the ruins (footprints) left behind by these early humans. It made me wonder why would anybody create such huge rock structures? Enjoy! When You are ready to begin,
