Hi Everybody!!  Big Kiss to End the Valentine Day!!


To those of You that might be joining us from another solar system,  be sure to take the Earth Exit. Enter the Earth's Atmosphere (careful, a little bumpy), then look for the North American Continent. Toward the bottom you will see a big state named Texas. Come on down to South Texas and just past Houston about 50 miles you will find us here on Rainbow Creek at Kates Cabin Bird Sanctuary.  

Welcome. You have arrived.

Please join me for an afternoon walk around the grounds.

We are in the Winter Season. 

The trees have lost their leaves of last year. 

The tall tree skeletons reach into the fluffy white clouds.

The roots of the tree grow into the ground as deep as the tree is tall.

The sun disappears into the trees.

I love my trees and this is why I have so many birds! Great Trees!

Tonight, the sun turns clouds to burnt orange. 

And the trees to enchanting black silhouettes. 

Goodbye to this great day

Goodbye to our Sunlight for this day.

 To the rainbow-colored after glow, goodbye.

Now our Moon is rising in the sky.

Here comes the Night,  Time to Rest.
